I have been taking photos way back in the 80's but I have only attended once a free seminar organised by Canon.The last one was more than five years ago and I have already forgot what it was all about.However,whenever I meet my photography savvy  friends,I do ask them to explain and to show me to do take better photos.In fact,I am ashamed that I have yet to master all the buttons and features inside in my Canon 400D after having it for more than two years!

This morning,insyaAllah I will attend a second free photography session organised by Perbadanan Putra Jaya in conjunction with the Wetland Day at Pusat Wetland.I hope to pick up a few tips so that I can take better photos of Malaysian wetlands.

This morning I plan to do a morning brisk walking with my wife at the Cempaka Lake,BBB next to my house for a change.From my cycling log below,it is good time for me to take a break and do some walking and short run for a change.At the same I want to test my newly installed (after it got corrupted) Sports Tracker apps to track my walk.
